C&A workshops are designed to be held with groups ranging from 8 to 120 participants.*

The format of all workshops is interactive, with presentations by the leader(s) interspersed with breakout groups of 8-10 persons. There are also opportunities for participants to spend time individually or in teams of 2 or 3.

The workshops can be from 3-6 hours in length (half day or full day). Workshops are so developed that they can be held together to accommodate a two day retreat format. Workshops can be held alone, in series over the course of a year, or in combination with C&A consultations.
 

The cost of workshops is $1800-$2550/day plus expenses depending on the number of workshop leaders engaged. The price of a half-day workshop is $1500-$2250/day plus expenses depending on the number of leaders. Participation in Regional Conferences hosted by Cobb & Associates is $175-$200/participant depending on number of participants and number of conference leaders.
